Quick Bacon and Cheese Garlic Bread

3 tablespoons butter 
1/4 olive oil 
1 tsp of dried rosemary 
1 tbsp garlic powder or 1 grated clove of garlic 
166 grams shredded mozerella or cheddar 
3 rashers of streaky bacon 
2 small baked baguettes, sliced horizontally into 4
Handful of Basil Leaves 

    1.Preheat oven to 180 celcius with a large baking tray 
    2. In a small bowl combine the butter , olive oil and rosemary and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, or however long it takes to melt the butter 
    3.Cook your bacon till crisp. Since there are 3 rashers you need 3 minutes and 30 seconds. 
    4.To the butter mix in your garlic 
    5.Next once your bacon has cooled mix with grated cheese
    6.Spread garlic butter on all four baguettes 
    7.Add cheese and bacon mixture onto all four bagguttes
    8.Put in oven for at least 5-10 minutes at least until the cheese is melted and the bagguttes are toasted 
    9.Top with basil and enjoy
