Speedy Gochujang Chicken (serves 4)


Ingredients


2 medium (total of 410 grams approx)  to large  chicken breasts diced in to 5 by 5cm chunks 
1 tablespoons honey 
1 to 2 tablespoon Siracha 
2 tablespoons Gochujang paste (medium / large supermarkets have it 
1 tsp of ginger 
1 large Onion 
1 tablespoon garlic powder 
2 tablespoons Light Soya Sauce 
1 tablespoon Dark Soya Sauce 
2 tablespoons rice wine 

Method



Mix ingredients in bowl, insure the chicken and onions are coated well in those ingredients. Leave to marinade for 10 to 20 minutes. 


After 10 to 20 minutes , get the wok to a very high heat, should take about 4 minutes on a high flame. 

Place entire  mixture into now hot walk. Turn down to medium heat. Allow mixture to sit in wok for 2 minutes so you get some caramalisation on that chicken. Turn over chicken pieces and again allow the other side to sit for 2 minutes. 


Finally continusley stir mixture for at least 8 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked through and onions have softened . 

I like to serve it with cauliflower rice and stir fried brocalli. But here I am just doing a green salad with lime.  Enjoy!
